WHAT:                  
The County of Bergen, in partnership with WelbeHealth and Bergen New Bridge Medical Center, are proud to break ground on the proposed future site of the Bergen County Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Center. PACE centers are community-based hubs that provide comprehensive medical, social, and daily living support for older adults. The new facility will also include a childcare facility and physician offices for the community.
