Bergen County Department of Health Services and Local Hospitals Seek Community Input in 2025 Health Survey
The Bergen County Department of Health Services and the Community Health Improvement Partnership (CHIP), in collaboration with Bergen County’s seven non-profit hospitals, have officially launched the 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) survey.

County Executive James J. Tedesco, III and the Board of County Commissioners officially announce the return of the Bergen County Care Fair, which will take place Sunday, May 4 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Bogota Savings Bank Center on the campus of Fairleigh Dickenson University, 100 University Plaza Drive, Hackensack, NJ.
