Tedesco, III and the Bergen County Board of Commissioners announce that the County of Bergen has officially been certified as a Film Ready Community by the New Jersey Motion Picture and Television Commission (NJMPTV), which is a part of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority.

Bergen County Addiction Recovery Program (ARP)
Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic has had an increasingly negative impact on the numbers of deaths due to Opioid overdose. But the Bergen County Addiction Recovery Program (ARP) is ready to help and is fully operational during this crisis. It is operating remotely by continuing to offer the following free services to any Bergen County residents who need help:
* Evaluation and referral to appropriate level of treatment;
* Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Programs; and
* Individual Substance Abuse Counseling.

Emergency Rental Relief Program
Since June 2021, the County of Bergen has been providing financial relief to eligible Bergen County residents who have been unable to pay their rent and/or utility payment due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.

New Jersey Department of Human Services
