County Executive Jim Tedesco, the County Board of Commissioners, and the County Parks Department are excited to announce that the County of Bergen has partnered with the New Jersey Wind Symphony to bring a new special event to Overpeck County Park this 4th of July.

County Executive James J. Tedesco, III announces the completion of a Feasibility Study of Shared Medical Examiner Services between Bergen, Passaic and Hudson Counties. Discussions are currently underway between the three counties to determine a course of action for the potential implementation of the combined tri-county Medical Examiner Office. This represents County Executive Tedesco’s vision for sharing services on a wider basis to enhance service and efficiency for all residents in the tri-county area.

HACKENSACK, NJ – County Executive Jim Tedesco and the Board of County Commissioners announce that the County of Bergen has entered into a shared service agreement with the Borough of East Rutherford to undertake the design and installation of a traffic light at the corner of county road Hackensack Street and Union Avenue in East Rutherford.
