BERGEN COUNTY ZOO CELEBRATES EARTH DAY WITH 18TH ANNUAL PARTY FOR THE PLANET
Bergen County Zoo hosts conservation family-fun day with education, activities, prizes

(PARAMUS, NJ) – Bergen County Executive Jim Tedesco, the Board of Commissioners, and the Bergen County Parks Department are excited to announce the 18th annual Party for the Planet on Saturday, April 25 and Sunday, April 26, from 10am-4:30am at the Bergen County Zoo in Van Saun County Park in Paramus.
Party for the Planet is a beloved annual celebration of Earth Day that many zoos and facilities across North America all celebrating in April. The event welcomes upwards of 1,000 visitors annually, and features local conservation organizations, activities, prizes, and more, that educate and involve visitors in conservation projects. Visitors can stop by tables and learn about conservation from local organizations on Saturday, April 25, and participate in fun activities on Sunday, April 26.
Weekend activities for the 18th annual Party for the Planet are free with standard admission to the Bergen County Zoo. Zoo admission rates, and the ticket purchase link, can be found on our website, https://bergencountynj.gov/bergen-county-department-of-parks/bergen-county-zoo/.
