NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE BERGEN COUNTY
CONSTRUCTION BOARD OF APPEALS

Please take notice that a regular meeting of the Bergen County Construction Board of Appeals shall be convened on Thursday, October 8^th at 4:00 pm, at One Bergen County Plaza, Board of Commissioners Caucus Room, 5^th Floor, Hackensack, New Jersey. The agenda shall be the hearing and/or adjudicating of the following appeals, as well as any other business before the Board:

1. Appeal by Adbul Kanwar; 50 North Railroad Avenue, Mahwah
2. Appeal by Basil Persaud; 23 Packer Place, Saddle River
3. Appeal by Shannon Andrews; 32 Pine Drive, Bergenfield
