NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE BERGEN COUNTY CONSTRUCTION BOARD OF APPEALS
Please take notice that a regular meeting of the Bergen County Construction Board of Appeals shall be convened on Thursday, August 13, at 4:00 pm, at One Bergen County Plaza, Board of Commissioners Caucus Room, 5th Floor, Hackensack, New Jersey. The agenda shall be the hearing and/or adjudicating of the following appeals, as well as any other business before the Board:
- Appeal by Matthew Earle, Esq.; regarding 1111 River Road, Edgewater
- Appeal by Mayur Ranpara; regarding 238 Rock Road, Glen Rock
- Appeal by Noah Kane, Esq.; regarding 81 E. Grove Street, Bogota
- Appeal by James McCarthy, Esq.; regarding 168 Union Avenue, East Rutherford
- Appeal by Benjamin Wine, Esq.; regarding 2 Forest Avenue, Oradell

The Bergen County Improvement Authority seeks to be an avenue to a higher quality of life for the citizens of Bergen County through means of project stewardship within our county and its communities and through access to quality health care services at New Bridge Medical Center.
Mission
The mission of the Bergen County Improvement Authority is to serve the needs of Bergen County by: Participating in community and county projects by providing creative solutions and access to favorable financing. Seeking to continuously improve the quality of health care services rendered to patients and residents by the not-for-profit manager of the New Bridge Medical Center, consistent with the Authority’s historic responsibility to maintain a safety net for the health care needs of the citizens of Bergen County.
